Martinsried bei München, 10. Oktober 2022 – Das Innovations- und Gründerzentrum Biotechnologie (IZB), eines der führenden Biotechnologiezentren in Europa mit über 50 ansässigen Biotech Start-ups, gab heute bekannt, dass der europäische Investor Andera Partners zum 1. Oktober 2022 in das IZB in Martinsried bei München eingezogen ist. Das 15-köpfige Life-Sciences-Team von Andera Partners, in Paris, verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Life Sciences-Branche sowie im Bereich Private Equity und Risikokapital. Das Team ist seit dem Jahr 2000 aktiv und hat über seine BioDiscovery-Fondsfamilie mehr als 1,1 Mrd. Euro aufgebracht und investiert derzeit aus seinem neuen Fonds BioDiscovery 6. Seit ihrer Gründung haben die BioDiscovery-Fonds in mehr als 75 europäische und US-amerikanische Biotech- und Medtech-Unternehmen investiert.

Martinsried near Munich, October 17, 2022 – The Biotechnology Innovation and Start-up Center (IZB), one of the leading biotechnology centers in Europe with more than 50 resident biotech start-ups, announced today that European investor Andera Partners has moved into the IZB in Martinsried near Munich on October 1, 2022. The 15-member life sciences team of Andera Partners, based in Paris, has extensive experience in the life sciences industry as well as in private equity and venture capital. Active since 2000, the team has raised more than €1.1 billion through its BioDiscovery family of funds and is currently investing from its new BioDiscovery 6 fund. Since their inception, the BioDiscovery funds have invested in more than 75 European and U.S. biotech and medtech companies.
